Hello school staff and partners,
We would like to invite you to join us for our “Journey to College” workshops that will take place on Fridays March 6th, 13th, and 20th from 6-8pm at Hillsboro High School cafeteria and we are attaching the postcards that we sent to parents. As you all might know, during these workshops we talk to students and their families about the High School graduation requirements, financial aid, scholarships, saving plans for college, student loans, college admissions/requirements and different careers offered through the different universities.
This events are targeted specifically for students and families of our Chicas program, but is open to anyone in the community interested in participating. We want to thank each and all of you for the support you provide to the students and families not only in our program, but in the community in general and especially for the collaboration to our program success.
Please let us know if you have any questions in regards to the workshops and we hope to see you all at the events.
