 Third Grade Homework Policy
  • Homework is an extension of, or related to, what is taught during the school day. It is a way to help children learn. Parents are to be guides or helpers, not instructors or total participants.
  • Students will complete assignments missed due to absences.
  • Students will finish assignments not completed in school.
  • Students will practice their spelling words at home.
  • Students will read independently for enjoyment.
  • Students will practice their cursive writing skills at home.
  • Students will practice addition, subtraction and multiplication math facts at home.
