Kindergarten registration for the 2012-13 school year opens Monday, March 5.  Please visit Indian Hills for information and forms.

All volunteers in the District will now need to complete a Volunteer Application and Criminal History Check form.  This includes everyone involved, but not limited to, coaching or team activities, school committees (i.e. PTA), before and after school programs, athletic camps, mentors, chaperones, classroom and office helpers, and other programs.

There are several steps to becoming a volunteer:
1.  Contact the school office to pick up a volunteer packet.
2.  Complete the packet and return it to the office.  Please ensure that all sections are accurate and complete.  Incomplete forms will be returned, rejected, or delayed in the process.
3.  You will be notified if additional information is required.
4.  The office will be notified once you are cleared to volunteer.
5.  This process can take several weeks, so get your application in early.

All information will be handled in a professional and confidential manner.  If you have questions, please feel free to contact the District Office at 503-844-1500.
You may also go to the district website and sign up there.

If your child will be absent, please call the Attendance Line, 503-844-1353, to report the absence.  If it is due to illness, please leave a detailed message with specific symptoms (i.e., 100.3, cough, runny nose).  You may also report an absence on-line here.
